Disabling sms, message preview

Does anyone have a cab, reg edit, or know of a way to disable the message preview that pops up in the system status tray at the very top of the screen. When touch it displays the message on the screen and does not reset the message count. This is very important as someone can read your text message without going into the actual message and you wouldn't know because it doesn't reset your message count.

P.S I am not talking about the one that pops up on the screen and can be disabled by going to settings sounds and notification and disabling display on screen. I have that one already disabled. Its the one up top by the system status tray. Thanks
