A bit of regret
 

I bought my diamond about 4 months ago and absolutely love it. except for this one thing, I miss my keyboard so bad!! I find myself carrying ny 6800 just to use the keyboard when I know ill be typing a good bit. I don't have the money to just buy the TP outright right now but I would do anything just to have the keyboard. so now I sit with a MUCH greater and more powerful device on my hip and typing this via my humble 6800. Whatever do I do?

Ok, after doing some thinking, I think ive come to a conclusion. Im willing to sell my diamond in order to get a TP. Best case scenario, one of you guys is in the market for a diamond; also, if one of you guys has a TP you're willing to part with. if you're interested just PM me. I about ready to do whatever it takes.

Try TouchPal first. I used to have the 6800 and moved to the Diamond and TouchPal makes up just fine for the lack of a keyboard. Use it in 20 key mode and you can type hugely fast.

Or, even better, a cheap bluetooth keyboard from EBay will suffice as well.

If you do a lot of typing for e-mail or other apps try fingerkeyboard, touchpal or shapewriter.

I personally use shapewriter specifically when I'm going to be doing long e-mails or documents etc. It really is amazing. For everything else I use fingerkeyboard (new version just came out!)

Have to agree. try 20 key on touchpal, you will become faster emailing and textin with it..

i personally like SPB Fullscreen KB, but it takes up the whole screen and some wont like that. i got used to it on my old instinct so i prefer it now.
