How do you get rid of scratches? New screen?
 

I scratched my screen pretty bad while waiting for my new screen protector :(.. How do I replace the screen? Can I just replace the glass or plastic cover? or do I have to replace the whole touchscreen? I searched around online and I cant find any info anywhere.

I've heard if the scratches aren't too deep, you could try:

If they're deep, talk to HTC about replacing the screen. If you're tech savvy, you can find a replacement LCD for Diamond on ebay for about 80 bucks.
