Clock Madness from DST

Okay, I'm on the "unofficial" official and since DST my clock keeps reverting to Mountain time (I'm Pacific).

I'm sure there is a simple fix I'm too simple to find...

Thanks!

See http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...light=daylight

For now I leave my timezone wrong, because if you change it, it will mess up your calander.

I uncheck the sync time with phone network and adjust the time manually.

I fought this one. In AZ we never do DST so it is has always been an issue for me. In my case it was only changing when I plugged in the USB for charging or syncing with the computer. Maybe its the same for you... Activesync was the culprit. I am assuming you are using Windoze so wait till activesync completes then select Tools | Options | Settings | Uncheck the box that says "Syncronize Pocket PC date and time upon connecting" My PC and Touch Pro are both set to AZ but does not matter it still sets the clock ahead 1 hour this time of the year. Hope this helps.

If the previous post does not fix it then the other setting check is on your phone under Settings | Phone | Services Tab | Time Synchronizaton (scroll down - select - press "get settings") | uncheck "Time synchronize with mobile network automatically

Neither of these are a "Fix" they are bandaide to limp along until it's fixed.
