Re: Phone "freezes"
Actually you didn't have to wait for the battery to charge. You could have put the ROM on the Internal Storage (DIAMIMG.nbh I believe) then just flashed that.

Re: Phone "freezes"
LOL, i didn't know about the internal storage flash when I had mine.

Re: Phone "freezes"
So here's an update.
I flashed my phone with Mighty ROM 4.6 and everything works good. It still powers off at some point in my commute home though. But not to work. I've kept it out of my pocket for the last couple of days and it still does it so that's not a cause. It always comes right back on after either a soft reset or a battery removal. Any ideas? Could it be the radio or something? I can't think of any other way a phone could consistently do something like this otherwise. |
Re: Phone "freezes"
I suspect you have a bad/weak tower on your commute that is messing up the phone.
I don't know much about alltel but try to get latest PRL update And you might experiment with Slot Cycle Index. |

It was and it was set at 4 hours. I unchecked it to prevent problems but I don't think it was doing this as it's not asleep for 4 hours except maybe at night. I updated the PRL with *228 I'll see how it goes. |

And the saga continues... ](*,)
Thanks for all the help with this guys. Any more ideas? |
Re: Phone "freezes"
If not, flash the stock ROM, relock, and get a new one.

Re: Phone "freezes"
It has crossed my mind. This is my second one already because I assumed it was a defect at first. I guess it could have been out of a bad batch possibly. I'll flash back and re-lock and see about another.
