Oh in my particular case it was the magnet that holds the stylus in place that came loose, but they should either be able to fix any issue or replace the phone. Having to be without your phone for 2 weeks is a breach of your contract.

The magnet issue happened to me a couple of months ago. The magnet strip dislodged from my phone. The store originally was going to give me a refurbed Diamond but I spoke with the manager and he gave me a New Diamond. I have him $40 as a thank you. Btw, I have TEP

Yup I didnt want a new diamond since I have a full invisible shield on my phone and I didnt want to buy a new one.

That's where I'm at now. I don't want a new Diamond as mind is set up pretty nicely with programs settings and all. I didn't know that the store techs could repair the magnet issue.

If you want another FTP option, maybe you can get webspace from your home ISP or something. Or maybe Gmail can work with GDrive IIRC that way.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I took the back off and shot some compressed air (the stuff in a can for cleaning computer components) and a whole bunch of lint came out! I was surprised how gunked up that thing was from just being in my pocket. Works fine ever since.
