Clear Task bar and Buttom ?
 

I really like how on windows mobile 6.5 the Top task bar and buttom is clear. Is there any way to get this accomplished on windows mobile 6.1. Like what I want is to show my background throught the entire screen and to remove the top and buttom like shown in the first 2 pictures below. Also is there any way to have unluck your phone option like in Windows mobile 6.5.

+1 i think it would make our screens look bigger to instead of having a border, but its not possible yet, there are people working on it. all in due time friend.

Yeah I'm surprised noone has resurrected the movement to remove the top and bottom bars on the TP and Diamond... i know No2chem did it for the mogul and vougue back in the day... what gives?!

Hey, i started thread very similar to this about two weeks ago, although i had never seen that the clear taskbar / softkey bar was clear on 6.5. Some people gave me a few replies but none of them led anywhere. Basically the closest thing i found that might be possible would be to use Wisbar Advance and skin it with your background image so that it only appears to be clear. But even that seemed very iffy and changes some of the functionality of the phone.

yeah i'd like to find a way to do it natively without using wisbar or another app...

Same here, but i'm definitely no programmer and i wasn't able to find anything anywhere about doing it without skinning a 3rd party app.

Well, the bottom bar does a lot in TF3D, maybe that's why it is staying put.
