OEM Battery Meter Problem
 

I am using stock rom with a few tweaks. the battery meter does not show actual use. most of the time it shows a full charge when it is not or it shows plugged in when it's not. when it is plugged in it does not show it. if I go into the battery icon it does show it correctly there. a soft reset does not fix it.
