vibrate function went out
 

I know there are topics talking about this, but I was wondering if anyone ever resolved this problem or if they just ended exchanging it, or does a hard reset work. I'm trying not to do this cause I have it set up perfectly how I want and don't want to start all over, its just a pain in the *** to do that

turns out that didn't fix it.

is there anyway I can do this myself insted of sending it to HTC?

you could if you can get the part from somewhere
im a sprint tech..super easy to replace it. plugs right into the board.
you could always take it to sprint and see what they'll do for ya

Did you tested to see if vibrates before or after restoring your original information from back up file?

Well if hard reset did not fix this problem then this might be an hardware problem wich means a tech has to look at it or you have to get a new phone..
