Sprint Rom can I remove the calendar from today screen?
 

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that this can't be done on the Sprint Rom but is there a way I can remove the calendar from the today screen?

I will never use it and I would like the today page to be nice and clean

Got a screen shot of the "calendar" you want renoved? I assume your not running tf3d...

Yes I am using TF3D. It's located just below Call History, it says "Calendar" and if you touch it, it will bring up your Calendar. So it's just a shortcut.

Did you just remove the calendar or did you remove call history, and dots?

I would like to just remove the calendar. I saw there were a few cabs in xda-developers. Was there a certain one you used?

I removed the lines using the cab file and edited the manila file to remove the calendar tab, but left the call history and time/date.

This is how my home screen looks like, if more or less thats what you want i have attached a mod manila file that will remove the calendar tab, the cab to remove the sprint logo, the lines on the home screen and to remove the background on the sprint clock. Do a backup on the original manila before replacing it with mine, just in case you want to go back.

I have mine set to show missed calls and voice mail only when I have any, otherwise call history and calendar icons and lines are gone. Thing is even if the words are gone you can still click the area where "call history" and "calendar" would be located and you'd still get linked to those screens so its great to have it cleared. I added back the visibility to missed calls and voicemail so I'd not miss my little taskbar icon telling me I'd missed things. That 590 file is pretty neat to edit things out you can even change the format of the date and or remove that as well. What you can't remove (I haven't found a solution anyway) is if you have an alarm set or an appointment set.. those must be in another file we haven't found!

Is this ( 590ad244_manila.rar ) the file to just remove the calendar on the home screen in tf3d ?
