first character disappearing in text message fix?
 

Hi, I'm using an older ROM that had the issue with the first character of a text message disappearing when beginning to type a new sms text message. I'm wondering if there is a .cab, .exe, or .dll that I can replace to fix this problem. Thank you!

i am using the stock telus rom (the update) and i am having the same problem. i would also love to see a solution for this.

Try turning of T9 (rstoyguy said that was his only suggestion)

use touchpal. that solved my problem.

i heard that sipchange(r) or whatever it was called was the solution for a little while... haven't had this issue in a bit though.
