Help!!!

My NVM folders are missing, I tried flashing to metro and found that the NVM folders are missing. What do I do is the phone useless?

?? Try flashing back to the stock rom? Never heard of your issue before, so I don't know.

These are the folders that contain the ESN not a rom related part thank you for trying to help its greatly appreciated
