TrackMyRun - GPS based run/walk/biking software
 

Hey guys, figured I would point you towards a new piece of software I am working on. It is a GPS based run tracker. It is still in fairly early development, so there are plenty of bugs and features that simply aren't done yet, but I would love some feedback. You can grab the software from:

or I have attached the latest CAB installer (the app supports AppToDate as well for updates)

Right now it tracks distance, speed, pace, progress into a goal and a few other things. Once you are done and save each run you can also view the runs in Google Maps on your phone.

Hope you like it and let me know what you think or if you hit any major bugs. I have only tested it personally on a HTC Touch Diamond (Alltel).

I have been playing with it already for about a week but have had some issues with it on my end. I get an error about not having .net 3.5 when I click to view log, but I do have it installed. I also have issues only due to bad signal getting the gps where I run. I will continue to work with it and see what I can find, I definitely like the concept though.

Do you have issues with other GPS based apps where you run as well or just with mine?

With all so far...that is definitely not a shot at your program. I usually run out in the middle of nowhere (literally, I am in North Dakota) lol. But I am going to test further in town on the trails where signal is perfect. I will try to keep you updated as much as possible.

Great! I was using some other GPS program that did something similar (but was more convoluted). I'll give this a try soon, thanks!
