internet sharing error code 67:help
 

I have the everything plan that includes data but i cant connect my phone to use a a modem it pops up saying error code 67

username or password may be invalid
some one help

what ROM are you running? Are the tethering hacks enabled?

In Internet Sharing does the option "Sprint" appear in the drop down. If so, open a internet browser on your phone and start the data connection with the cable unplugged. When page loads, connect cable and choose connect in Internet Sharing. In my older roms this was having to be done this way. Maybe the rom you are using is the same way.

Might be a little Delayed here. Unless you have the modem hack on your Touch Diamond, Internet sharing will not work with an Everything Data Plan.... Everything Data includes only Data for the phone, not for internet sharing or "Phone As Modem" Until you switch plans that will cover what you need, you will continue to see error 67

+1 on that. i even called and asked for PAM and was informed that with the Evertything Data option like i have, it wasn't even available. so i, in turn, informed the Sprint rep that i would not only hack my phone so i could get it for free, but i would also make damn sure that everyone on the internet that i meet, has Sprint and a phone that will support the hack, will get the hack. their support staff then told me they didn't blame me a bit and to have a great day.

sort of a noob but will this fix allow me to do phone as modem without paying that extra 15 bucks for phone as modem i also have the everything simply data plan but was forced to get a minute plan because i need the phone as modem capability and its not available w/ simply everything plan if this is it could you let me know bcuz i could sure use an extra 15 bucks a month thanxxx

Is this the same one as for the Touch? I had one on my Touch that worked great. When I got my Diamond, I would click connect and get the error code 67, but not that I the same crack on my Diamond the connect button on the internet sharing screen is grayed out.
