Activesync issue

Is there a way to keep Activesync from starting on its own?

Go to:

Start - Settings - Phone - Services Tab - Select Time Synchronization & hit Get Settings - Uncheck "Time synchronize with mobile network automatically"

This should no longer start ActiveSync automatically
