Can someone make a custom cab for me? *disable xt9*
 

i hate having to do this everytime i reflash, i hate xt9 and want to disable it completely after a new flash..

so a nice cab would be great, if possible, that way i can just run that instead of mucking with the registry everytime or trying to import a reg file.

anyone up for the task?

If you are looking for an easy way to make an cab installation file then look no further. Cab-O-Matic is the first online cab maker for windows mobile. Its in beta and is online now.
Use of Cab-O-Matic is simple:

• Zip up the files you want cabbed (including optional .reg file)
• Upload the .zip
• Click a few boxes
• Download your .cab!

Limitation : Currently, you can only use DWORD and STRING as datatypes for registry settings. Support for binary and multi-string datatypes will be along shortly! Finally, you cannot currently define program menu shortcuts.

I know this thread is OLD, but OP, did you manage to fix it when you still had the tp2?
I ran the cab file, and it fixed the row of xt9 words, numbers, symbols coming up. Now it looks like a list of 4 words instead of a row of words, symbols, numbers. I think Since xt9 is disabled, now the classic t9 is enabled??

torx is on the evo4g now, he probably doesn't even come to the diamond section. pm him or go to xda and find him.
