Sprint Diamond on Verizon no data connection
 

I am ready to smash my Sprint Touch Diamond!!!! I am currently trying to get it to work on Verizon and currently have voice calls working, but cannot get the data working. I have read almost every fourm about data not working and still no luck. I even called Verizon and had them reset the DMU for my account and still no luck. Can someone please HELP!!!!??](*,)

I did a search and found a Tutorial on how to get a Sprint Touch Pro fully working on VZW. Everything should be the same for your Sprint Diamond.

Give it a read, and see if there are steps you missed. Here is the link:

after they reset my dmu it took like a half of a day for it to take.

I just found all of the settings. After entering the ##778# menu you need to access the "View info" then enter all of the settings. Thanks everyone for you quick response!!!

I can't get roaming data to work now either. Only phone. Data works fine at home on the sprint network.

After spending 30 mins in online sprint chat, they tried to tell me the diamond doesnt support data roaming, even though it worked a few weeks ago...right.

How'd you manage to fix it?

Never mind, fixed my problem. I had switched data guard from "default" to "don't ask", didn't notice the check box that says "allow roaming" to the side which turns off by default.

Guess it's easier for the tech to say the diamond magically cant do data roaming instead though!
