quick noob question

Sorry for such a newbie question but, is there anyway i can change the clock on my home screen to military time?

Go to Start>Settings>System>Regional Settings>Time
Choose "H:mm:ss" from Time style setting

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 08:04 PM.
