Help with adding contact info
 

I don't use outlook and that seems to be the only way I've found to transfer contacts to the phone. Is there a way to transfer contacts from my Palm Desktop contact list to the HTC Diamond?

You need to back them up from your Palm somehow... there's not a cable that can go straight from your Palm to your Diamond. Any way you can do that? What format are your contacts in right now?

Try dashwire.com, not sure if they support palm os though.

Also if you walk into your carrier's store with both phones they will do it for you.

I went into the sprint store and they transfered contacts for me but it didn't transfer well. some email addresses transfered, some didn't, none of the home addresses did. I tried to select all files on the palm desktop and export them to a folder for my htc but when I open it with windows to see the content it's just jibberish and symbols that don't make sense. what am I doing wrong?

BLUETOOTH thats haw I did it...Turn on both devices select all contcts and beam...Or do a back up and beam that back up then istall same backup software and restore.
