Hey guys, what PRI version you have on your Diamond? I think mine said 1.44.003.

Not much. The only concern is when you use a Sprint phone on Verizon then you'll get a roaming sign because they use slightly different codes in PRI. Change these codes (64->1, 68->2, 69->5) in a Verizon PRL will remove the roaming sign.

If you have a Sprint Diamond with that PRI you got issues. That's a Vogue/Mogul PRI.

ya thats what i figured...i am having huge issue's with my net not connecting...dont know how to change it back w/ having to hard reset....lol i ran a pri update today after i installed the dcd for sprint i dont kno what happened lol...any way of changing it w/ out hard reseting...no big deal if i have too

I hate to tell you, but a hard reset won't fix it.

This happened to me on a Mighty ROM months ago, so I can point you in the right direction. On that ROM, it was one of the first "carrier generic" roms on this board, and Mike was trying to be helpful and posted the link to those DCD cabs, not realizing that they had the Mogul/Vogue PRI which is not compatable with Diamond. A few folks got their phones wacked. There's a thread, let me go find it..

Basically, you gotta reset your EPST, cause what you prolly don't even realize yet, is that your MSL is likely reset and you can't even access your EPST settings now even if you do know your MSL (which you will need to re-discover). No matter how many hours you spend on the phone with Sprint at this point, they will not be able to fix it for you. THIS IS FOR REAL.

ya i actuallt just hard reset and seen it was the same...so how do i go about resetting my EPST? i do in fact know my msl?

ya i followed all that and i ended up having to master reset...i went back and changed my data profile to one and still no luck....i dont want to reinstall the dcd cab...so i'll just have to keep on tryin....good lookout bro....that was one area of ppc i wasn't to familiar with..thnx again.

So, if you were able to reset and restore to your original MSL, it's time to call Sprint. Now they can help you.

I extract the PPST and it seems to have the newer PRI attached in form of .prl. I installed this cab and launch PPST, and upon reset I lost signal and also the PRI version didn't get update. I ended up having to manually restore the PRL 60714.prl from the inet.

I attached it here in case anybody wanna give it a shot, be careful though!!!

same here flashed to the new leaked sprint rom and the pri didn't get updated still the old one and lost signal as well .. tried reverting back to 60714 and everything worked fine ..thank for the tip man.. i got scared for a bit there :D

same here....the leaked rom implies a new PRI of 1.53 but I could not get it to update.
