Extended Battery That Woops ***

I have found a 3000mAh battery with cover for the cdma touch diamond. Do you guys think it would be worth buying? I can't get through the whole day without the phone going dead. Using juicy 4.4 and Telus 1.04 radio. I guess I talk to much on the phone.:) I know the 3000mAh is expensive but I do think to an extent it is worth it, just looking for some opinions. Thanks

If you're a heavy user, a high cap battery is a must if you can't, or don't want to keep your device attached to a charger when not in use. I have one for my 700WX and it easily gets my phone through 16-17 hours of moderate use.

I have a Mugen Power battery for my Titan.. can go 2 days without a charge! They have good stuff but it comes from the Netherlands or something like that... takes a little while. I would get that ebay battery if I planned on keeping my Diamond.

Mugen Power makes the best batteries. I've had an 1800mAh slim extended Mugen battery in my Mogul for well over a year and it's as strong now as it was when new.

If I still had a Diamond, I'd buy that battery in a second. Only 1/4" thicker but nearly 2.5x the battery life is amazing.

I had the 2400mah battery for the Mogul and it was great. Just recently gave it to my son. They are worth the money

There are rumors circulating that a thicker battery will interfere with GPS reception on both the Touch Diamond and Touch Pro.

Personally, I can see how this might be the case, but I don't see how folks know this for sure (yet) because there aren't that many higher capacity batteries for the CDMA phones ... at least not that I can find.

An ebay seller (nakedcellphone) I bought some stuff off of for my Vogue has these 3000 mah mugen batteries and a cdma-specific back cover that just came in since the first of the year.

It would be interesting to know how the 3000 mah battery affects GPS reception.

Best regards,
