Static shock
 

I'm sure you all know the cold season brings about static shocks galore! It's happened a couple times when I went to grab my phone but nothing appears wrong...yet. :mrgreen:

I mean they haven't been ridiculous shocks, but every time it happens, my heart skips a beat. Have any of you bricked your diamond from these shocks? Just curious.

the chassis of the device is grounded to the battery so its fine. now if you were zapping a chips pins directly that's another story :)

I dunno. I guess I freaked a little bit because one time the phone was connected to the computer with the usb cable. When I picked it up and gave it a shock, it immediately disconnected from my machine since I heard the distinctive usb eject wav.
