i removed pointui from my diamond but it's still listed in my add/remove list' i go to delete it, it says pointui home was not fully removed do you want to remove it from the list i click yes but it still remains is there a way of removing it

Try removing it using Memmaid. That should do the trick. I believe there is a 15 day free trail for it http://www.dinarsoft.com/memmaid/
