Please Help with Resco and SPB Keyboard issue
 

Hi I'm running juicy's 3.7 rom on my touch Diamond and love it by the way (thanks Juicy)

I downloaded and installed both Resco and SPB's Keyboards. The install went fine but when I try to type anything it just makes a sound and does not display the letters. The weird thing is that it will display symbols??? I tried to turn off Gestures with the resco KB as advised on their website but it did not work.

I tried to search the issue but there are next to no threads in here about KB's. Is this a display issue? It doesnt say anything on either DL site about VGA issues.

What am I missing??? Thanks for all the help,this site alone has turned my otherwise boring phone into a MACHINE!!!

im stock on my diamond and i have both working fine. try uninstall. then soft reset, the reinstall. not sure on the rom issue though. goodluck

not sure. i have both installed on my titan and have no problems. i'd uninstall both the re install one at a time and see if you can find out which is causing the problem

Yeah I did one at a time and still have the same problem. This sucks cause the resco kb is just big enough in full to accommodate my fingers. I did not try to install either of them b4 the rom install so I have no way of determining if thats causing it. The phone runs too perfect to take the rom out.

weird.... The same thing happens when I use the stock keyboard option!!!??? You can hit the keys but it just makes a ding sound and nothing is typed onto the screen. The other keyboards work though.
