QuickGPS failure

Im trying to get QuickGPS to download the settings using the Sprint network. I am getting a failure to connect error, this is after it appears to download 100%, anyone else getting this problem?

Be sure to go into Options and check the top two boxes. For some reason, mine won't connect unless both are checked.

Go to start>settings>phone>services

select location settings
click get settings
and select on.

Exit and try again.
I was getting this problem and found this solution not 3hrs ago.
Windows was blocking it from downloading.
