Sprint Diamond turning off
 

Hey guys, i have a sprint diamond, runing all stock rom/radio and this has happened, about 4 or 5 times, when i have an incoming call pressing the touch screen or the answer key to answer the call it reboots the phone. Have someone seen this? any advise will be welcome.

im stock also and this is a new one to me. hope you find a fix.

Hard reset? (I'm assuming you already tried looking at your post count? lol)

could be an application that you've installed that's not compatible.

hard reset and see if the issue remains. then install one thing at a time. you'll figure out which app was causing the problem

Done that already Dean, and no luck, thats why im asking, just in case someone knew about this, but thanks anyways. :)

Well, im not sure but after flashing the Sprint Touch Pro Radio i haven't had more problems, so i guess it was something related with my radio.

ps. used the internal storage to flash, so no hard reset.:)

its happened to many people (including me), but upgrading the rom fixed that issue. Easiest thing to do in my opinion
