I use the PocketCM Keyboard vers 0.14 with VGA Manila Skin and Mr. Yellow Layout. It is big and takes up a lot of screen real estate but easy to type with your fingers. There are also "hidden keys", when holding down a certain key it brings up "hidden keys" for quicker access. You just have to hold down on the certain key to reveal the "hidden keys" and then slide your finger across the screen to the key that you need. i.e. holding down "123" key brings up common punctuation mark keys. Attached are some pics. Below are links to the files that I use and best of all, it is FREE!

I can't live without TouchPal, all other keyboards are point less to me

Before you install the TouchPal, backup your phone, when the Professional Trial runs out. run the backup; and then reinstall TouchPal........Professional forever, heehe.
