Quick switch between ActiveSync and Disk mode?

Is there a way to make it quicker and easier to switch between ActiveSync and Disk Drive on my Diamond? It gets tiresome to have to go Start > Settings > Connection tab > USB to PC > choose an option.

I get a screen on my phone that lets me choose each time I connect to the computer. Isn't it like that for everyone?

Yeah, but that screen annoyed me when I didn't want to be switching... so I turned it off. :???: And I'd have to unplug and replug my miniUSB to activate that, which is not what I'd want...

Maybe I'm being slightly too lazy on this one.
