In case anyone is interested in an OEM for this I spent a few hours figuring out everything that was needed to get this into OEM form and finally got it to work a few minutes ago after figuring out the last little thing I was missing.

The OEM contains v0.02.2 and default setting is set to 25ms and it does not disable during a call by default.

This program has been working great for me this past week. 20ms is my setting and it is just right. Updates coming soon to enable only during SIP or to have excluded programs, but honestly I think it is fine the way it is now. It is a small footprint program and I have not noticed any degradation to performance or battery life.

Well...was fun while it lasted for me, my phone completely stopped vibrating after a week w/ this. Uninstalled, reflashed, soft/hard reset, stock rom, didn't work with any. Oh well at least I get a new Diamond from sprint tomorrow. Caution.

I think this is a known defect with Diamonds. I just got mine replaced at Sprint today and while I had used this app; I did not have it installed at the time my vibrate stopped working.
