not likely... vibration isnt a new feature to phones... been around for a while... i doubt it would break anything lol in your phone... unless your girlfriend sneaks off with it and goes to town with the vib  sorry that was uncalled for

just installed the TouchResponse .02 on my new stock touch pro and when the installation was finished it said a soft reset had to be done, and to click yes to do that now. I clicked yes and it froze my phone. I had to do a soft reset. It's working great after that though. I like it. thanks snailslug

TouchResponse killed the Slide to Unlock feature in Winterface for me. I uninstalled it, did a soft reset, and all was back to normal. This is just a heads up if you are running Winterface and like that feature. I do not know if TouchResponse affects S2U2.

Curious potential user here... How does this program help with your typing? In the end you are still typing on a flat surface, and it's not like the vibrations can allow you to type without looking down like the grooves of a real keyboard can.

Its hard to explain but it psychologically feels like you pressed a key. Just try it out and type away. I find that I type more confidently when a short vibration stab is felt. I just hope they keep developing this app. Been using it last night and today but I'm finding it to annoying to be enabled globally. If it worked only on the SIP's display area it would be just perfect!

I don't really like my keys to vibrate so I set mine to 15ms which really just enables to to feel that you have actualy touched a button. Sometimes you can hit a key and hit two buttons or it wont register that you hit the button so this enables you to feel if you actually hit the button or not. I agree it is kind of hard to explain but I owned a Sprint Samsung Instict for like 3 days and it had this feature build it and that was about the only positive thing about that phone. Since we don't have a real keyboard this really makes the onscreen keyboard more user friendly.

Great find! I really think that has helped me especially when typing in abc mode rather than x9. I've been using it for a while and do not see any noticeable difference in battery.
