Vibrate stopped working
 

I have been using the Kitchen to cook roms. The other day I flashed the latest Juicy Rom and my vibrate no longer works. I don't know if the flash was the cause of it or if it is a hardware issue. I flashed a couple other roms including Caulkins and Juggalo then flashed to shipped sprint rom. Nothing has brought it back. Anyone else have any ideas as for a fix for this?

This sounds like it could be hardware related.

Thats what i think it is unfortunately. I will have to send it into HTC and be without a phone for a month!

i flashed 3.4 Juicy's rom and mine stopped working

sorry havent had time to try to fix it, ill have time later on tonight and will post the results

I experienced the same thing, after 3.4 my vibrate has stopped working too...
i read somewhere that several hard resets would bring it back. i tried 3 hard resets - didn't help.

Has anyone found the solution for this? I really miss the vibrate function...

as a tech i'm seeing a lot of diamonds and pro's coming back with there vib motor's out already. unfortunately hard resets didn't fix the ones i have seen, and even replacing the vib motor didnt fix them as well. so tough situation, i just thought i'd put in some info on the matter as i have seen this happen a lot with both devices and replacing the vib motor hasn't helped thus far. good luck, i will keep an eye on it.

My phone has been gone for a month now and I'm getting frustrated. This is ridiculous! Called the other day and was told that my phone was sent to HTC to get a new mainboard? Why don't they just give me a new phone?

hey ott any solutions? mine stopp about a month ago
