How Do I Edit PREPIT

i need to edit prepit to be used with a Diamond rom ????? i need to extract a rom and pull a few things from it. i had read that i need to edit prepit but i have no clue please help thank you

prepit does not need to be modified, but you will need to make a change in regards to buildit.

you'll notice this code in buildit:

Code:

@echo Building RUU_signed.nbh...

@..\Tools\nbhgen.exe ..\Tools\vogue_nbh.txt

@echo .... Done.

you can leave that alone, but you will need to change \Tools\vogue_nbh.txt to this:

Code:

DIAM500

SPCS_001

1.09.xxx

USA

400,os-new.nb

yes, but the key change is from VOGU100 to DIAM500

ok that should solve the problem with it building fine. but when i wirte the the unit it is stuck that the touch splash????

ok this is what i am doing. i run prep it to extract everything i am removing the stuff i wanna remove then i run build my rom. cmd window comes up then build os i hit the play buttom let it run. then cmd windows runs glocate. then it will run the updater. the problem i am running in to is that the RUU_signed.nbh is 1k.

i am using diamond kitchen 5.0

dont know if it helps this is what is the only thing i can think is messing it up
