error running TF3D

Totally learning a ton from reading guys... but I keep getting an error when I try to run TF3D config... version 0.6.7
With juicy 3.5.1
Trying to install a theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. I have only had my phone a short time. I am reading here and learning. I have unlocked it and used a few juicy roms already.
