Is there anyway to have Sprite do an EXACT back up?

I have to swap my diamond out, as my old one doesn't vibrate anymore. I finally got everything set up the way I like it, and I really don't want to go through it all again. Is there anyway to get Sprint to back up everything, then transfer that backup over the new phone, run it, then have my phone back the way I had it before? I mean everything, reg edits, custom manilla files, backgrounds, everything.

edit: I mean Sprite. Not Sprint.

i don't think sprint will, but you'll be lucky if they don't blame all the customization on your lack of vibration.

download sprite and back it up yourself, and then when you restore it, you'll have everything you had... though, i'm guessing that if you do a hard reset on your phone, you'll get vibration back.

Sorry, I meant Sprite.

It doesn't vibrate when I soft reset it. Even if the ROM was causing the issue, shouldn't it work when you first reset the device?

edit: Answered my own question. If you change the merge level to level 1, it does the full restore.
