Waking up when roaming

My Diamond keep waking up without reason when the phone is roaming. I turned off all notification an all automatic updates. I'm kind of loss, don't know what is the problem. If anyone know how to fix it or is having the same problem let me know. By the way I'm using MSR 2.3.

I have a Touch Pro and its doing the same.. I'm using an airave. And is just waking up from time to time. I'm using sprint stock rom.
