Txt message unique ring
 

Its possible to set a specific ring tone for a specific contact, but is it possible to set a specific text msg ring for specific contact ?

actually, on i remember on one of the roms, i had specific vibrate for text messages. incoming call was a long and powerful vibration and text message was 2 or 3 bursts. i don't have that any more, is it possible to change it?

right now text messages either don't or vibrate like ringtones

I think there is a program called mRing, i used to have it on my old oringal Touch. I don't have it anymore but I think u should be able to find it in a search.

also you can try phonealarm i never used it but it has many many ring features
