Is there a way to take advantage of sites that show video via flash player? Such as Megavideo etc?

One site I frequent, Project Free TV, has links to countless full TV show videos that I watch on my laptop.

Maybe there's a program that can be installed that links to Opera (i.e. 3rd pary app), allowing us to view the programs by clicking on their links...

Any ideas? Or is this common knowledge?...

Theres somthing similar though does not have those sites you want. It's called WVD: Web Video Downloader, It allows you to download or stream videos from the sites it has. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...deo+Downloader
