Are there any programs to stream .m3u besides TCPMP?

it skips around inconsistently and ultimately drives me insane. windows media player will not recognize m3u so i'm kinda lost at this point.

Hi, my name's Cody, and I'm working with the Windows Media Outreach Team to help answer questions users might have about their copies of Windows Media Player.
Your copy of Windows Media Player should be totally compatible with the .m3u format, so it sounds like there is something fishy going on with either your system or the file itself. Maybe I can give you a hand and help get the stream working for you.
A few quick questions, first. What edition of Windows Media Player are you using? What edition of Windows are you using? What is the address of the particular stream you're trying to access? Keep in mind that I'm no tech expert, but hopefully I can at least get you pointed in the right direction towards finding the resources you need to fix the issue.
Cheers,
Cody

CorePlayer or Kinoma should do the trick. :)
