Good video player

i have been using tcpmp for some stuff i download off the net with wvd, but its pretty laggy. is there a good video player to use for online, or streaming files, such as mp4. i have flash lite 3.1, flash video bundle, and the like and am looking fora high performance player. any ideas?

it wont play a lot of the stuff. it wont play flv, wmp. i would like to use it. is there a codec pack for mobile devices?
