Alltel Roam Only.
 

Is there anyway to add roaming only to a alltel diamond i have tried a cab floating around here but it does not work as it is for sprint.

NVM I found out how to if your interested

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\InitProv\PhoneSett ing
change the ItemCountfrom 4 to 5. Click OK
Create a New String Value with the name "ItemName5" under Value Data enter "Roaming Only". Click OK
Create a New DWord Value with the name "ItemValue5" and under Value Data enter "5" Decimal. Click OK

now you can navigate to Phone> Options> Settings> Roaming> Get Settings and change it to "Roaming Only".

I am on alltel. what does the roaming only setting do for you?

Better coverage when Im at school. I only use it when i cant get a call or text out and for some reason Verizon has better coverage at the University.
