PHM Registry Editor and Diamond

Can anyone tell me which cab file for PHM Registry Editor is the right one to use on the Diamond. I tried using the ActiveSync install assuming it would pick the correct one, but it doesn't install anything to the device.

I was a user of PHM RegEdit for a LONG time.

Just know, that it will not allow the importing of REG files.

I am not a Resco Explorer user, as it does allow that.
