Question on Touch Pro
 
If i unlock my Diamond Pro. And take it over to verizon from sprint. Can i get insurance from Verizon on the unlocked phone?? Someone answer this for me please.

I am a total noob here but I have a question. Well two actually. DO you have a diamond or a touch pro? and 2 You want to unlock a SPRINT phone with a SPRINT logo, carry it over to Verizon, and if something God forbid goes wrong with your phone you have to mail it to Verizon for customer care?? I could be ignorant to something here.. but I am willing to bet that something will be noticed. That is just my 2 cents.

Uhm, im not really sure but if unlocking it on Sprint's service already voids warranty why would Verizon cover you for it if Sprint wouldn't?

Horrible question.

Edit: What's a Diamond Pro? :D

I have a touch pro and yeah i guess it was a bad question. Ill just stick wit sprint since the insurance will be covered by them.

I have the everything plan, verizon tried to get me to get their everything plan for almost 30 more a month. The vzw rep said some BS about sprint losing 1 customer every 6.2 seconds or something ridiculous and that I get what I paid for. My biggest issue was that my sprint rep said i could exchange my phone out in my 1st 30 days as many times as i wanted and was dissapointed to find out i was lied to. I got a free headset out of the misunderstanding so it wasnt too bad. Customer service at night SUCKS.. always outsourced it seems. During the day it seems ok though.
