Today screen refresh
 

I'm using the classic Today screen on Juicy 2.5.

When I, say, get an email, I get the "Notification" soft button at the lower left, but my "Messages" bar on the Today screen still says "No New Messages." It seems that it takes a while - or requires me to go to another screen then return to the Today screen - for this item to update to indicate how many new messages and which accounts.

Is there any way to make this more.. automatic? Or quicker?
