Ebay Sprint Touch Diamond question

Dumb question, but I bought my Sprint Touch Diamond off ebay. I activated the phone a few weeks ago. Can I get this phone exchange for a Touch Pro through ecare? I doubt the store will work since I don't have a receipt.

I was told that Sprint wasn't insuring phones bought off eBay. I am confused because I have bought a few and have insured them.

Who did you talk to? If it was Sprint customer service, then they routinely give out bad information. I don't think Asurion cares how you got the phone. As long as it has a clean esn and activates, they'll add insurance. The same Sprint customer service assured me I could add insurance on my phone after 30 days, which is completely wrong and would waste my money.
