internal Storage " NOT INSTALLED"
 

OK guys well here it goes.

I went to the store to change my Touch Diamond for a different one and when the reps tried to do a hard reset they went into the settings and used the "clear storage" application. When the rep format the card from the phone itself we received an error saying that my internal storage could not be located. They did not have any DIAMONDS in stock and did not order one for me either. MY 30 day warranty was extended by them until the pro comes out but now I had a phone without an internal storage installed. When i got to work i figured that if I could connect it to the PC as a removable drive I could format it from the PC and fix the issue... IT WORKED!!! just format the card to fat32 and issue resolved.. TAKE THAT SPRINT.. of course I'M STILL GETTING THE TOUCH PRO!!! just an FYI so you guys know how to fix this issue it nobody else does..

By the way I have tried to format the internal storage from 3 different diamonds and the same problem happened to all..

There is a full thread on this exact problem. The problem happens when you pick clear internal storage from the hard reset screen. Even if you fix int storage, when you hit clear internal storage it happens again. See this post:
