Stop Active Sync

When I had my sprint htc mogul I was able to stop active sync from trying to connect from time to time. Now my sprint htc diamond does the same, try to connect. I can't remenber what I did to stop active sync from starting automatically on my mogul. Does anyone know how to stop it from actomatically starting with the diamond? Thank you.
Alan

Start - Settings - Phone - Services Tab - Select Time Synchronization - Uncheck "Time synchronize with mobile network automatically"

Or... if you have Memaid, you can delete the notification from the que. You want to look for time based notifications for active sync and delete the one for when time changes. If you make a mistake, no worries, Memaid will restore all the default ques as well.

No. This does not work at all. At least not on my phone.

This was the solution given to stop the "one hour" reverts on Rhodium ROMS.

Wasn't it?
