PPCGeeks - Picturemail Bug

If your picturemail was working, and you installed a program and it caused it stop functioning, I know of a program thats a culprit. If you have the Diamond Background changer and it's enabled at start up, your picturemail will NOT SEND anything. I don't know what it does to the registry but you won't be able to receive anything, but it will still send your pictures out though the status menu will only say pending. I tried to play with a few settings to see if I could come up with a solution.
I however, did not find anything useful, I read some where someone was having the same issue and didn't know why, but I can tell you this program will do just that. The background changer is convenient but, its not worth the issue. I hope the next release resolves that.
