I purchased a Diamond and plan on returning it before the 30 days. We will wait and see i guess

I think this has been posted over a hundred times in the Raphael forum. ;) I already called Sprint to have them send me my return kit for the my Diamond. I would keep it, but I need more then 4GB of storage for all my mp3 and cabs. I will just go back to using my Touch until the Pro comes out, when ever that may be. :)

Sorry, if this is a redundant post, feel free to nuke it. I was jsut afraid that Diamond users looking to trade theirs in for a Pro wouldn't see this news...

Thank you for contacting Sprint about the phone upgrade.

I have found that the line #7368 is going to be eligible for the phone upgrade on the online price as of November,01.

Further, HTC Touch Pro will be available Oct. 19 for $299.99 with a two-year contract and after a $100 mail-in rebate.

I was just reporting what I read on Cnet, which I would tend to believe as a reliable source. I hope for everyone sake that wants the Pro that it comes soon. I personally am sticking with the Diamond as it has everything that I want in a phone, so the Pro's release date doesn't effect me.
