getting rid of outlook email
 
i don't use it and was wondering if I could get rid of it some how?

You can end the partnership in windows mobile device center and set a new one. Then you unly have to uncheck "email".

Outlook cannot be removed from your device. If it can, it probably will cause lots of issues down the road.

I THINK it manages text messages as well as your e-mails. Not sure, though.

Did he meant getting rid of outlook emails from his computer or outlook program ?

I was assuming his phone considering it was posted in the Diamond section... but other than that you can remove Outlook from your PC via Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs

AFAIK I don't think you can "remove" outlook from the Diamond, because it is not a program that was installed by the user - the program resides in ROM and cannot be uninstalled using "add/remove programs"

I'm pretty sure this is what he is talking about. My wife had the same issue. Outlook email just cluttered up her email screen.
