Diamond Memory Dump and edit

Does anyone know of any software that runs on a Diamond that allows you to look at memory contents in hex and even possibly alter memory locations?

I know that QMAT and CDMA Workshop allows you to dump locations to a file but you have to know the ranges...

I dont know the hex ranges for a Diamond to tell QMAT to dump it..

That is not it. I want to see the memory locations in hex and be able to change them if possible. There seems to be different ranges of memory avail... I just dont know the avail ranges...
